After South Bend factory closure remaining stock of 12s watches (including 17, 19 and 21 jewel watches) were sold to company Aisenstein-Woronock & Sons Inc. from New York. Then they cased them int specially made cases, also hands were replaced by disks with numbers to show time (jump hour).
